REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Happy Cardinal Candle Co., every candle and wax melt is hand poured in small batches with care. Because our products are handmade and scented, we have a few guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or simply deciding that a product isn’t right for you.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, though, and we’re always happy to help if something isn’t quite right.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the product
A photo of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping

We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution.

CANDLE PERFORMANCE & CARE

Because our candles are handmade, small variations in appearance, colour, frosting, or texture can naturally occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Candle performance can also be affected by wick trimming, burn time, drafts, and other conditions. If you’re having trouble with your candle, please reach out to us. We’re happy to help troubleshoot and offer guidance on proper candle care.

SALE ITEMS

Sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part or the product arrived damaged.
