SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Thank you for supporting Happy Cardinal Candle Co. Every candle and wax melt is hand poured in small batches in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

We deliver locally to your home anywhere within Gander on WEDNESDAYS before 3:00pm for a small fee of 3$. We simply knock on your door and leave your order safely by the door. No need to answer!

Shipping Area

At this time, we ship orders within Canada only.

Processing Times

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged after they are placed. Please allow [2–4 business days] for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

During busy periods, holidays, or market seasons, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to communicate with you.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more before applicable taxes and after discounts.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Happy Cardinal Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, remote delivery conditions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

We package our products carefully, but occasionally damage can occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at happycardinalcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
